A mentor is a leader who advises someone who is less experienced than they are, called a mentee. Mentors can offer advice, insight and resources about professional development, career paths and in general areas of improving one’s life or business. Many mentors are experts in a particular field or industry, which can be particularly helpful for mentees who are interested in entering their industry in a similar career. A mentor can help their mentees through meetings where they give insight into their expertise and answer any questions their mentee might have.
Mentoring is a more customized activity, that assigns deliverables to the Mentor as well as to the Mentee. A Mentor is available to their mentee to offer advice, provide support and answer questions. Mentors protect the interests of their mentees.
A mentor will support you, cheer you on, provide feedback, advice, and help you define and reach your goals. In addition, we are doing much of the laborious work for you.
Mentoring partnerships are actively supported by T&S Consulting Group for six months. The time spent on deliverables is dependent on the goals and availability of the participants. Participants may choose to continue their relationship beyond the supported time frame at an additional cost.
Making the most of your mentorship is extremely important, and expanding your network is as well. Recommendations will be made based on each individual situation and need.

I found Tonia to be helpful in directing me to different suppliers of goods for my business. She was even willing to send sales representatives to my store. She was also helpful with making recommendations of which items I should stock in the store to help grow my sales. Overall, I found her services to be very helpful and would definitely recommend her to others.
